Greetings, Noriko!
Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I am excited you are already planning a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth for February of 2019. This is one of my favorite times of the year to visit the Disneyland Resort. I love the cooler, brisk temperatures in the mornings and evenings as well as lighter crowds in both parks.
Just like you, I also love the Paint the Night Parade. This nighttime parade showcases familiar Disney and Pixar Characters with millions of dazzling lights and energetic music, making it my favorite parade. Recently the Disney Parks Blog just announced that the Paint the Night Parade will have its final performance on November 7, 2018, concluding its limited run. This means that unfortunately, you may not be able to see this parade during your trip. I would keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog for announcements of any new entertainment offerings that may replace this parade during your vacation. You will also want to check the
Daily Events Schedule up to 6 weeks before your vacation to see exactly what parades, fireworks, and nighttime spectaculars are scheduled during your visit.
Even if this parade is not scheduled, I know you will still have a magical time. Make sure you check out the all-new Pixar Pier in Disney California Adventure Park for some INCREDIBLE new experiences like re-imagined attractions, adorable eats, and Pixar Character meet and greets. In early 2019, you may also get to experience Disney California Adventure Park's
Lunar New Year celebration featuring multicultural food and fun.
I hope this helps, and please return with any other questions as you plan your trip. Have a Fantasmic day!
