    Does anyone know if the Liberty Belle River Boat is open for riding for the MNSSHP? I got a great list from Ritzy M. but it didn't have the Riverboat on it. I read somewhere that if you ride it at night you can see ghostly figures in the water! True? TY!

    Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is my favorite hard ticketed event at Walt Disney World.  I try to attend at least once a year.  Unfortunately, it has not been used during recent years except as a location for guests to pick up candy at during the party.
