Hi, does anyone know if the hotdogs at Disney world are still pork free and are the corn dog nuggets pork free as well? I cannot find an answer anywhere. thanks

    Hi Chris!

It isn't always easy to find specific ingredients for the great food guests eat while on vacation at Walt Disney World. One type of food served at one location can be quite different from another location. It is always best to ask for the ingredient handbook at the dining location to check to make sure you are ordering something you are able to eat.

Since around 2009/10 Disney went away from all beef hotdogs to a beef and chicken dog. There is no pork in these dogs but they will make sure guests know they are not kosher as the all beef hotdogs were not either. One of the most popular hotdog restaurants on property is Casey's Corner in the Magic Kingdom. This location is now offering a special hotdog of the month on the menu and these are pretty elaborate and delicious as long as you are not counting calories!

After calling a Disney chef today he strongly urges all guests to ask for the ingredients booklets that all dining establishments will have before ordering. He mentioned that the hotdogs he has at his location are different from what Casey's Corner serves and thus it is important to check at each spot.
