Yum! It is the only thing that comes to mind when I think about the gingerbread treats that are sold at
Walt Disney World Resort during the holidays! It sounds like you may be considering a visit during the holiday season, and if so, you will not be disappointed.
Though I do not have an exact date as to when the selling of the gingerbread men begins, I do know that for the 2021 holidays, the gingerbread display at
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and
Disney's Beach Club Resort was displayed from early November to January 1. If history repeats itself somehow, I suspect you will be able to start purchasing your very own gingerbread men to devour around that time. Anytime we visit during the holidays, gingerbread is a "must-purchase" for us because it just reminds me of the holidays.
