Does anyone know how to use a 5 day pass one day earlier then the date of check in at the hotels on the grounds at Disney. If not can you take children to walk around so that they can see things without getting into the park.

    Hi there Kathy!

I know what you mean about trying to get your tickets in advance of your reservation time. We were able to pick up our park tickets three days in advance of our resort stay last year. It's a little tricky because some of the Cast Members are not entirely sure of how to go about it. If the Cast Member is unsure, have them talk to a supervisor, they should be able to help you out. Here is how the procedure works:

First, you have to pick the tickets up at a Guest Relations (Guest Services) window at one of the four Main Theme Parks or the one in Downtown Disney. Cast Members cannot do it at a resort because it's a totaly different ticket system. When you are asking the Cast member, tell them that you need an "Early Ticket Pickup."

By all means, feel free to walk the kids where you would like! We have taken trips where all we do is take a few rides on the monorail then head back to the resort. I hope this information helps you with your planning and if you have more questions, please ask away, we are always here to help! Have a Magical Time at the Walt Disney World Resort! Thanks so much for asking the Moms Panel!
