Does anyone know with the current fast pass line not available at Toy Story Mania how they are running with disability passes? Do we just go through the exit right now? We used to go through fast pass line. Thanks

    Hi Joseph,

Thanks for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question! I cannot WAIT to visit the brand new Toy Story Land, which opens June 30th! With lots of preparations being made for this immersive land, you're exactly right that Toy Story Mania! is currently undergoing some changes. One of these changes is that the FastPass+ queue may not be available for Guests, which is where you would usually return when using the Disability Access Service.

I just called a Cast Member at Disability Services to look into this for you, and she assured me that even if the FastPass+ queue is non-operational, you'll still be able to use the Disability Access Service. You'll simply visit a Cast Member at the Toy Story Mania! entrance to ask to use the Service, just like you always would, only she said that when you come back after they give you a return time, go back to the Cast Member at the regular entrance and they'll take care of you. I did specifically ask if you would have to wait in the regular standby queue, and she told me that you would not. You may definitely feel free to check with a Cast Member at Guest Relations when you arrive to confirm this information, but it sounds like they'll still be able to accommodate you with the Disability Access Service even without the FastPass+ queue.

Please let us know if you have any other questions as you're planning for your trip, Joseph! I'm sending some pixie dust for a truly magical vacation!
