    Does anyone know what company is used for ground shipping? We bought a banshee at the kiosk in Pandora and shipped it home, and the tracking number given to me doesn’t say how it’s coming - UPS? USPS? FedEx? Thanks.

    I am all for having items purchased at Walt Disney World Resort shipped back home for us to enjoy.  The fact that you have added a banshee to your souvenir collection makes me want to add one to my collection. 

    Theme park purchases are shipped to your home via UPS or FedEx, so your items can be shipped using either service. I do know that if it is UPS the tracking number usually starts with “1Z” while FedEx tracking usually contains just numbers. I hope this helps.
