    Does anyone know the best way to get from the cruise terminal in Genoa, Italy to the airport? We've rented a car for the day & are assuming we will take a taxi, but wondered if anyone had any better ideas?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It sounds like you've booked a European voyage of a lifetime! Before you begin packing your suitcases, I highly recommend checking out the Packing List for Disney Cruises. When my husband and I set sail on our transatlantic cruise with Captain Mickey, we found the suggestions on the packing list super helpful in preparation for our adventures in Europe.

    Your question was such an excellent one! I wasn't sure exactly what the best way to get from the Cruise Terminal in Genoa, Italy to the airport was, so I took the opportunity to walk down and ask the Guest Services Desk for their expertise. (My family is currently sailing aboard the Disney Wonder!) The Cast Member informed me that for an additional charge per person, Disney Cruise Line's Ground Transportation offers transfers via motor coach to the airport in Italy after your cruise! We use ground transfers through Disney Cruise Line all the time when sailing from Port Canaveral! If you'd like to add ground transportation to your reservation, simply give the agents at Disney Cruise Line a call at (800) 951-3532 and they will assist you.
