    Has anyone heard anything about the Star Wars Dessert Party, will there be one on August 29th?

    Hi Scott!

    I love dessert parties! It's so much fun to enjoy incredible desserts and treats after an amazing day at Walt Disney World Resort and then view that evening's nighttime spectacular from a reserved, preferred location!

    Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular Dessert Party is a fantastic option at Disney's Hollywood Studios because you will enjoy this awesome nighttime show and have some yummy treats. Currently, Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular Dessert Party is scheduled through August 24. August 29 is going to be an extra special day at Disney's Hollywood Studios because it is when Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge will open and we don't yet have all of the information about everything that will be happening at Disney's Hollywood Studios on opening day. I recommend that you keep checking back for reservations as your trip approaches as I have found that dessert party reservations are often added closer to the start of my vacation. Also, keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for announcements about the opening of Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge and information about the special events you will be able to enjoy on opening day at Disney's Hollywood Studios!
