Can anyone give my a list of all Disney characters and there locations, what part of the parks there in and what time they will be there oh and possibly any secret cast member doors that characters come out (before everyone else sees them).TY

Hi Brian! You will find Disney Character Greeting opportunities throughout the Disney theme parks. For example, for a list of Disney characters you will have the opportunity of meeting in Magic Kingdom take a look here. For Epcot see here. For Disney's Hollywood Studios here, and Disney's Animal Kingdom here. You will want to check each theme park's Times Guide for specific time and location. In addition, you might want to consider booking a Disney Character Dining experience at any of these locations. Regarding "secret doors" all I can say is that my daughter and I once saw Chip & Dale come out from a door under the Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover across from the bathrooms that are located closest to Space Mountain in Magic Kingdom. I hope you can spot them there too. If you do, be sure to send my regards to them! I won't share other locations as I'm sure Mickey wouldn't want me to give away too much Pixie Dust! Please let me know if I can answer any other questions for you. Enjoy a most memorable visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
