Anyone have any feedback on how comfortable (or uncomfortable) it might be for 3 people (2 adults and one toddler) to share the queen size beds at Bay Lake? We are staying in a 2 bedroom villa so it's necessary for the sake of space that we share.

I can tell you that my husband and I share a king-sized bed at home and for us, downsizing to the queen-sized beds at Walt Disney World isn't exactly a pleasant experience.  I can only imagine that adding a tossing and turning toddler to the mix would make things worse.  That said, we're accustomed much more spacious sleeping arrangements at home, so if you are already comfortable in a queen-sized bed, then it probably wouldn't be as much of an inconvenience for you.  Have you considered requesting a portable crib for the duration of your stay?  Guests of Bay Lake Tower are welcome to request pack'n'plays for their resort rooms.  Just a thought to help ease your sleeping situation!  Enjoy your trip.
