Hi there, Stanislav!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so glad you stopped by with your question about your upcoming Disney Cruise Line vacation! I know you must be excited, and your
Disney Cruise will be everything you’ve heard they are – amazing, exciting, magical and wonderful!! I am so excited for you!
As a mom to two young boys with strict bedtimes, I completely understand your concern about the late seating and that messing with bedtime routines. I am glad you are on the waitlist and I recommend checking back with Disney Cruise Line periodically to inquire about the wait list, but don’t be surprised if you don't hear anything until much closer to your sail date. Every time I have been on the wait list, Disney Cruise Line has been able to accommodate my request, so I am hopeful that they will be able to do so for you as well. But, I never heard anything until about a week or so prior to my sailing, and I know that is very common for others who have been on a dining wait list. If you do not hear anything prior to your sailing, you can check once onboard and I know the dining room head servers will do anything they can to accommodate you. Disney usually has a way of working magic, especially when it comes to accommodating young children!
I am incredibly hopeful for your request to be honored, but in the event it is unable to be accommodated, I think you will find that the day is so busy that time gets away from everyone! With
so much to do onboard, there hardly seems like enough time to get it all in and you may find that the later dining time works in your favor!
Sending lots of pixie dust and happy thoughts your way!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
