Has anyone ever stayed at the Best Western inside Walt Disney??? My family and I have reservations there since we can not afford an official Disney Resort!! We want to be as close to Disney as possible!! Did I make a good choice??

    Hi Alisha,

I have not stayed at this Best Western however I have stayed at others. You will be located near Downtown Disney which has shopping and dining right there for you.

I am not sure what you paid for your room however when you are comparing rooms with a Disney room you need to factor a few items into price. First, a Disney Resort reservation allows you free transportation to and from the Orlando International Airport. Magical Express is included with your room which can be a big savings for a family. You also do not need rent a car staying on property as the Disney Transportation system will connect your resort to the parks. In addition, if you do have a car, parking is free at the theme parks for guests staying on property which can me a big savings.

Another value by staying on property is the Disney Dining Plan. This plan will allow you to prepay for your meals and you will receive a discount on them. For children alone, this is a good value. Often there are specials which allow you free dining while on property.

For other deals, sign up for Disney's Facebook page or follow them on Twitter. Also, look at websites such as and for savings as well.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
