    Has anyone ever shipped bottled water/drinks/snacks to a DisneyWorld resort so it arrives the same day we will arrive? If so, how does the resort handled it (where do they keep it until we claim it)?

    Howdy Amy.  

    We have shipped items to and from our Disney Resort hotels in the past and it was a very simple process. When you check-in, the Cast Member at the front desk will be able to direct you to the location where you will go to pick up/claim your package(s). A bellman can help you take your items to and from your room if needed. 
     
    Some of the Resort hotels do charge parcel handling fees for both arriving and departing packages. The handling fees includes receipt, tracking, sealing of packages, notification and storage. The current fees are below:
    •Envelope - $3
    •Small box up to 4 pounds - $3
    •Medium box 5-20 pounds - $5
    •Large box 21-70 pounds - $10
    •Golf clubs - $10
    •Display Cases - $15
    •Pallets - $70 per 100 pounds

    The fees listed above are for all Resorts that have Convention Centers (as their mail and packages are taken care of by a Business Center). Some of the other Resorts with no Convention Centers or Business offices have lesser or no fees.
