    Has anyone ever mailed a box with snacks, sunscreen etc to their hotel prior to their arrival? We are staying at the Beach Club. How would I do this?

    Hello Ann!  Thank you so much for reaching out to us with your question.  Mailing a box filled with necessities prior to your arrival will not be a problem at all.  Below you will find what your mailing label should look like.

    Prior to your arrival, just let your resort know that you will be sending a package ahead of time.  When you arrive, you may request your package when you check-in or you may call extension 3861 from your room and they will bring it right up.  
    Please note that there is a small fee for your package.  You can pay for your fee once you check-in or have it applied to your room bill.  Please note the fees below.

    0-4lbs $3.00
    5-19lbs $5.00
    20lbs & up $10.00

    Have a great time at Walt Disney World!  You are staying at a fabulous resort and will have such beautiful memories!  Have a magical day!
