Hey there, Linda!
Dining at Remy is delectable & elegant -- it's such an awesome experience. Be prepared to be spoiled and your tastebuds challenged. I've had an opportunity to try the
Remy Champagne Brunch, and we loved every second of it -- and I think we were there for 3 hours :-). It's an eating and learning event and if you like French food and champagne, you'll love this adult exclusive dining experience for sure.
We enjoyed spending some one on one time with the Chefs too -- they take the time to explain each course, and you've also got the Sommelier chatting with you about each champagne pairing. If you happen to really like the champagne, you can even purchase a bottle or two (or more) to bring home with you. At the time we sailed, there was a newly released special bottle of bubbly and it was only available onboard the Disney Cruise (so, we had to take 2 home!).
It's a beautiful restaurant and it's a fantastic way of spending a few hours on a sea day, overlooking the calm horizon. It is limited seating, so if you are interested - make sure you sign up early to reserve a spot. If it helps, take a peek at the
Remy menu to help you decide which one to go for. I'm sure you'll have a great time no matter which one you choose.
Hope this helps, Linda!
Have a magical voyage,
~ Dolly
PS: I'm hoping to try the Remy Dessert Party next time - it's on my list! :-)
