Has anyone done the princess dress up at the park how long does that take and about how much does it cost??? Is it worth going to the princess lunch/dinner where you can meet the princesses??

Hi, Stacy! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Walt Disney World Resort is definitely the place where fantasy becomes reality! This is especially true at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, where your princess can get her very own makeover by a Fairy Godmother-in-training! Guests aged 3 to 12 can participate and there are different packages (with current pricing listed on the website). Packages are currently as follows: The Crown Package , The Courtyard Package, The Castle Package, and The Knight Package. Transformations take between 30 minutes to one hour. I have never heard of anyone regretting their magical makeovers, but I do know that it CAN get hot during the day if your princess is wearing a big princess dress. Did you know that there are 2 Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique locations at Walt Disney World Resort? One in Magic Kingdom Park, and the other at Disney Springs.

As for lunch or dinner with the princesses we personally prefer Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in Epcot over Cinderella’s Royal Table in Magic Kingdom Park. However, I suggest taking a look at the menus to decide which works best for you and your family. Alternatively, you can always make a FastPass+ Reservation for Princess Fairytale Hall and capture some great photographs of your newest princess and some of her favorites that you can download if you have purchased Memory Maker!

I hope this helps with your planning and please come and visit us again soon!
