Has anyone done the Hawaiian Cruise for 14 days? Do they do a Luau on the ship? If not do you suggest paying the $250 pp to do the Luau on the Island. We have 6 people on our party. Any other suggestions of what to see on Island?

    Aloha, James!

You've got a splashtacular vacation planned on the Disney Wonder this summer. How awesome to hear that you'll be on one of the two sailings that visit the Hawaiian Islands! The onboard activities have not been released, but I'm sure there will be lots of amazing surprises waiting for you to enjoy on sea days.

I love sharing my island home with the rest of the world. My family was just enjoying spring break on Oahu last week - we are now all recharged! For anyone who visits the island, enjoying a Luau is a must-do. Spectacular entertainment and delicious ("ono") Hawaiian food!

Depending on what your group's interests are, there are a good number of choice activities on the Port Adventures page online. Disney Cruise Line's Port Adventures team always does an excellent job, picking the best activities that show off the best sights and adventures at each port of call. The Big Island (Hilo) has the majestic Kilauea volcano to check out. In Honolulu (Oahu) - one of our favorite places to visit is Kualoa Ranch, you've also got the North Shore excursion that visits a few choice sites (Dole Plantation & Byodo-In Temple). Maui offers a great setting for a Luau in Lahaina or driving along the road to Hana. And Kauai offers the lush scenery perfect for nature tripping or a zip lining adventure.

When you are on the Port Adventures page, the left tab will allow you to choose Hawai'i as the destination... and all the port adventures will be listed there. Make sure you reserve your adventures when your booking window opens, since spots are usually limited and may fill up.

I hope this helps. If you have specific questions, please do come back and log in another question. We're always happy to help.

    Happy planning, James!

    Mahalo,
