Hi Jessica!
Our family dined there in December 2009. The Breakfast is sort of Family style buffet. It's family style in the sense that your waiter or waitress will bring out the breakfast meats (bacon, sausage, etc.) in large plates that they will sit at your table. Buffet in the sense that everything else (fruits, pancakes, danish, etc.) you walk up to the buffet line and grab. Other items on the menu are scrambled eggs, dried salmon, potato casserole.
The restaurant meal is promoted as Norwegian style breakfast with an American twist, but most of the foods will taste traditional American, with maybe the potato casserole seasoned slightly differently and possible a danish or two.
Hope that helps! Best Regards!
