    Has anyone compiled a list of when you can do ONLINE check-in to various Disney places such as resorts, make dining reservations, events, DCL check in, port adventures, etc? Sometimes it is midnight ET, sometimes 7 am ET and it would be handy to see a list

    With a trove of treasures untold, I understand your question, Karen. Disney destinations have gadgets and gizmos aplenty, and you don't want to miss a thing! Let's dive in and see if we can get a collection complete.

    I love counting down the days to my Disney vacations and marking my calendar for all the booking dates that are milestones along the way.

    For a Walt Disney World Resort vacation, the checklist can start as soon as you make a resort reservation.

    Anytime:

    • Disney Resorts Collection Direct-to-Room Service check-in can be done anytime online or on the My Disney Experience app. 

    Two Months to Go:

    • Dining reservations can be made 60 days prior to your visit, starting at 6 a.m. For resort Guests, these can be booked for the length of your stay, up to 10 nights. 
    • Enchanting Extras are also available to book 60 days in advance, but many of these tend to become available at midnight. There is no list of which ones are available at midnight or 6 a.m., but if there is an Enchanting Extra you want, I would start checking at 12:00:01 a.m.

    A Week to Go:

    • Lightning Lane passes can be purchased at 7 a.m. seven days before you check in to a Disney Resort or other qualified hotel or three days before for all other Guests.

    For your adventures beyond the reef, the timing of events for a Disney Cruise Line vacation depends on your Castaway Club level.

    Three Months to Go:

    • Port Adventures, Senses Spa, and adult-exclusive dining can be booked 130 days before your cruise for Concierge (123 days to book online), 123 days for Pearl, 120 days for Platinum, 105 days for Gold, 90 days for Silver, and 75 days for first-time cruisers. These open at midnight and require you to be Paid in Full.

    About a Month to Go:

    • Online check-in starts as early as 40 before your cruise for Concierge Guests and Pearl Castaway Club members, 38 days for Platinum, 35 days for Gold, 33 days for Silver, and 30 days for first-time cruisers. These also open at midnight. 
    • Royal Gathering can be reserved 30 days before your cruise at midnight.

    Disney Vacation Club members also have a variety of dates and times for booking. Resort reservations are available at 8 a.m., 11 months in advance for your home resort and 7 months in advance for all other resorts. And Moonlight Magic registration generally opens at 11 a.m. on specific dates for these events.
