Welcome to
planDisney, Marlene and thank you for your question!
How wonderful it is that you will be visiting
Disneyland Resort so soon, I am so happy for you, Marlene!
It sounds as if you ordered Disneyland Resort Disney eTickets online, for which you should have been presented with the option for an online link to view your eTickets from both the confirmation purchase page and confirmation email. Marlene, if you could kindly check all your email folders, especially the spam folder, as sometimes mail has a way of dropping in there. I truly apologize for the inconvenience.
Using your Disney eTicket viewer, you would then be able to print out the tickets to present them at the theme park gate, or you could present the tickets from your mobile device. And once your tickets are scanned at the entrance gate at either theme park you will receive standard Disneyland Resort theme park ticket cards for use during your visit.
Marlene, if you cannot find your Disneyland Resort confirmation email, please contact
Disneyland Resort – Tickets for immediate resolution, and once you receive your ticket ID numbers, using those you could then proceed to link your theme park tickets to your
Disney account, by signing in (using the same information you used to access planDisney). Once signed in, look for and click the
My Disneyland planning area on the top right and then click on
Ticket and Reservation Details where you will manually enter the ticket ID numbers one at a time.
When your Disneyland Resort theme park tickets are linked, you could then proceed to secure your
Disneyland Resort – Theme Park Reservations and also carry on with the remainder of your planning using the convenient and helpful Disneyland Mobile App.
Tips:
Explore the
Disneyland Mobile App for many vacation essentials and also enable app transactions by updating your
Payment Method in the app by accessing
My Profile on your
Welcome Marlene page. Doing so will allow you to participate in the convenient
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering, and add the
Disney Genie+ service upon entry into your reserved theme park.
At 60-days before your stay, you can begin making your
Disneyland Resort Dining Reservations.
Marlene, I hope this information is helpful to you in resolving your ticket matter, and I wish you a magical visit to Disneyland Resort, thank you!
