    If i am an anual passholder can i get the free dining plan when it is offered? I always stay on disney property. Thank you!

    Hi Maria!

    In order to be eligible for the Free Dining Promotion, you must purchase a vacation package including hotel and at least a 2-day base theme park ticket.  At times, even though I am an Annual Passholder, it has been worth it for me to take advantage of Free Dining, which I am eligible for, as long as I purchase a vacation package with a 2-day base ticket.  There have been instances where it has been worthwhile for me to purchase that 2-Day Base Ticket package just to be eligible for the promotion.

    Oftentimes though, it has worked out better for us to book a room using our AP discount, while paying for the Dining Plan out of pocket. In this situation, it really comes down to figuring which option works out to the best value based on the special Annual Pass offers that are available during your proposed travel dates!  

    I would recommend spending some time exploring the available options to see which winds up being the most bang for your buck!  If it is easier for you to discuss this someone, please feel free to call a friendly vacation planner at the Walt Disney Travel Company (407)WDISNEY.  They will gladly assist you in researching and developing a plan that will best suit your budget!
