Howdy Rick - thanks for stopping by
planDisney!
I'm excited about your visit next month! March is one of my favorite times to visit
Walt Disney World Resort. When you're here, be sure to check out the two new nighttime spectaculars,
Harmonious at EPCOT and
Disney Enchantment at Magic Kingdom Park. You'll also be visiting during the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival where you can experience magical topiaries, amazing food, all while learning more about
Living with the Land!
On my last trip to Walt Disney World Resort this month, various forms of convenient testing were available directly at the Orlando International Airport and at numerous pharmacies and health care providers nearby. Also, from time to time, temporary free testing is made available on or near Disney property - this option changes frequently depending on many factors, so I wouldn't feel comfortable counting on it to be available during your trip.
That being said, specific types of tests that meet Canada's re-entry requirements might not be available at any given time as inventory is in flux. For that reason, I think the best thing to do is for you to obtain at-home test kits in advance (if it meets your re-entry requirements) and bring them with you on your trip. Otherwise, check your re-entry requirements and then compare them to testing options offered at sites nearby - many offer convenient appointments you can make in advance or at-home virtually proctored tests! Ride-sharing services or taxis can also help with transportation if you won't have your own transportation available.
Have a magical time visiting Mickey and his pals -
please let me know if any other questions pop up as you continue planning!
