Hello. We have a much anticipated trip to WDW coming up on Sept. 23rd. Well on june 13th, i suffered a stroke, due to this im unable to walk very much, i read that wheelchairs are hard to come-by, is this true?

    Hello there Sara!

I'm sorry to hear about your stroke. I hope that your recovery is speedy and that you fell as good as ever! I know a good bit about renting wheelchairs at Walt Disney World since my father has needed one the past two trips. From my experience we were able to rent wheelchairs rather easily. If you arrive early enough then you are going to be fine! I would recommend getting a weekly rental because the rate is cheaper. Thanks so much for asking the Moms Panel! I hope you have a Magical Time at the Walt Disney World Resort! If you have more questions, we are always here to help!
