    Hi. I see you answered my question here. Thanks. However, I guess I wasn't clear. My online tickets I purchased a while back only came in an email with a barcode. I have no way to link that in order to reserve days. Help?

    Hi Lesley, a warm welcome back to planDisney!

    I’m so happy to hear from you, thank you kindly! It’s great that you have a barcode on your Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket confirmation because you can easily use that barcode, or the number beneath the barcode to link to your My Disney Experience account online, or the My Disney Experience app.

    If you wish to use your My Disney Experience account online, once you are logged in, roll over the “My Disney Experience” tab and you will see “My Plans, Resort hotel, & tickets.” From there click on “Tickets” and you will be able to link your tickets using the ticket ID number beneath the barcode to manually input the number/s for each ticket/s one at a time.

    If you are using the My Disney Experience app, you will be able to scan the barcode using your mobile device, or you can manually input the ticket ID number under the barcode by following these steps:
    1. Open your My Disney Experience app and look for the three stacked lines in the bottom right-hand corner.
    2. Select “Tickets and Passes.”
    3. At the upper right-hand corner look for a “+” sign that will give you the option to “Link Tickets & Passes.”
    4. From this point, you can enter the ticket ID number manually under the barcode for each ticket, or you can scan the barcode/s on the confirmation email.
