Hey there, Linda. I'm glad you've stopped by planDisney with your question. I, too, am an
Annual Passholder and I also took the extension of my Annual Pass during the shut down last year. While I don't know the exact date of your expiration, I can help you figure it out.
The first step to finding out your Annual Pass expiration date is to log in to your
MyDisneyExperience account. You can do this on a computer or using the mobile app on your smartphone. If you are using a computer you will then sign in, if prompted, and scroll down until you see a section titled, "My Plans, Reservations & Tickets". Then just below that in blue, you will see "Daily Itinerary and "Tickets and Memory Maker". You are going to select the "Tickets and Memory Maker" option. This is going to pull up a page that shows all of the tickets you and your friends & family list currently have linked. You'll scroll down until you see your Annual Pass listed and then it should show your new expiration date. I personally think it is a lot easier to use the
MyDisneyExperience app for this. Just open the app and select the three horizontal lines icon on the bottom right of the screen. This will open up a menu and then click on "Tickets and Passes". This is going to show all of the tickets you have linked and you can just swipe through until you see your annual pass and it will state the expiration date right under your pass. It's a lot faster to look this way.
If you are having problems locating the date of your expiration, you can call the Annual Passholder help hotline at (407) 560-7277. I've noticed that the wait times on the phone have been running a little longer than normal but as soon as a Cast Member is available they'll pick up and be able to help you out. If you don't want to wait on the phone, you can also send an email to
V.I.PASSHOLDER Support and they will get back to you as soon as possible.
I hope you are able to locate your Annual Pass expiration date with ease, Linda. If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach back out and
ask me. I'm happy to help!
