Hello and welcome to
planDisney, Patricia. I'm so glad you've stopped by with your question.
Patricia, I am a
Walt Disney World Annual Passholder as well and I know exactly what you are talking about because I had the same issue a few months ago - but there is an easy fix. So being a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder with the Disney Incredi Pass allows you to make 5 park pass reservations at a time without staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel. However, when you are staying at a
Walt Disney World Resort Hotel you should be able to make park pass reservations for the length of your stay plus those 5 additional ones but you have to select the right settings.
Let's get this all straightened out for you! You are going to want to visit the
park pass reservation website and log in if prompted. On the home page, you'll see the option to make a park pass reservation with theme park tickets or an annual pass and you'll want to select the annual pass option. The next page that opens up is where you are going to want to select that you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel. You'll see two options, "Book a Park Reservation" and "Book Reservation For Hotel Guest" and that is going to be what you'll want to select for yourself. Next, you are going to confirm which resort hotel stay you'll be making park pass reservations for. If you only have one linked to your account currently then that's the only one you'll see during this step. Then you'll finish up the process by selecting your party, the date on a calendar and then the theme park you'd like to visit. You can do this for each day of your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel stay.
I hope this helps resolve your issue, Patricia. If you have any other questions about this or anything else, please feel free to stop back by and
ask me.
Happy planning!
Jackie H.
