Hi there, Jaclyn! I'm so glad you've stopped by to chat about your
Walt Disney World Annual Pass.
I've been a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder for years now, Jaclyn and I absolutely love it. I am so glad that they've made the switch and we are able to hold up to 5
park pass reservations at a time without a resort stay now. It makes planning a long weekend so much easier. Jaclyn, you are correct, you should be able to book a park pass reservation for every day of your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel stay. I know what issue you are having because I just did the same thing myself last month for my trip in December. When making your park pass reservations with a resort stay, there's actually an option when your first go in to make your park pass reservations to pull from your Annual Pass bank or to make them for a resort stay. Initially, I did not see this option listed, so I am guessing you didn't either but after chatting with a Cast Member and logging out and updating the
MyDisneyExperience app now I do. To correct this issue without dropping all of the park pass reservations you've already made and completely starting over, you'll have to get in touch with a Cast Member. My preferred way of doing this is through the MyDisneyEpxerpeince app chat feature. When you open up the chat, more than likely, a Cast Member won't be available right away to help you. But after submitting your issue (basically what you typed above to me) you can close out the app to wait. When someone is available to help you, you will receive a push notification and you can then open back up the app and handle the issue. What the Cast Member helping me did was log in to my account and switch the bank of park pass reservations my already made selections were pulling from. They were also able to help me secure the other park pass reservations I needed to make since I was also out of days when I did the same thing myself. It didn't take too long for the Cast Member to get my all squared away and I am confident they will be able to do the exact same for you!
I hope this helps, Jacklyn. If you have any other questions about this, please do
reach back out to me. I'm happy to help and since I've experienced the exact same thing, I've got you! If I don't hear back from you, I hope you have a wonderful and magical vacation.
Enjoy!
