    Can an annual passholders purchase a special vacation package that includes a dining plan?

    Another fantastic perk is the ability to add a Disney Dining Plan to your room-only Walt Disney World® Resort reservation. Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members are the only two types of guests that can add a Dining Plan without purchasing theme park tickets! In addition, Annual Passholder often have Special Offers available to them on resort hotel rooms, saving you up to 30% off the "rack rate." Wow! It really is the most magical pass on earth.
