    We are annual passholders and are not staying at a Disney resort; how do we get MagicBands to replace our current cards?

    Hi Paul,

    Don't you love the benefits of being a Florida resident passholder?

    Walt Disney World has begun issuing MagicBands to passholders. I got mine a couple of weeks ago after receiving an email that prompted me to visit My Disney Experience and customize our passholder bands. It may take a while for them to work their way through all the passholders, but I suggest you check your My Disney Experience account to see if yours are available. It's easy to miss an email.

    If you don't see your opportunity to order passholder bands in My Disney Experience yet, then I suggest you call the special passholder phone number to let them know you have a visit approaching and see if there is anything you can do to expedite the process. The number is 407-560-PASS.

    Good luck! I hope you have your passholder MagicBands (and the card that shows you are entitled to passholder benefits) in hand soon.
