Will Annual Passholders be given notification of their passes being recactivated and will we be given an opportunity to make a reservation for entering the park separate from the general public? If so, where will that be offered?

Hi there, Maureen! You’ve got a friend in me at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and I’d love to help you with your questions.

Like you, I can’t wait for Disneyland Resort’s planned reopening on July 17, 2020! It’s hard to believe that Guests have already been treated to 65 years of magic at the Happiest Place on Earth! As a fellow Californian and Disneyland Resort Annual Passholder, I have also been wondering about how the new park reservation system will affect Annual Passholders, and if we’ll have earlier access to the system than the general public. Unfortunately, we don’t have any details on how this new system will work just yet. Here’s what we do know so far: This new system will require all Guests to obtain a reservation for park entry in advance. Theme-park reservations will be subject to availability. According to Disneyland.com, more details about this new reservation system will be announced soon. For the latest updates, I recommend keeping an eye on the Disney Parks Blog, and on the "Update on Disneyland Resort Operations" page. If you have any additional Annual Passholder questions, you can also call Annual Passholder Member Services at (714) 781-4567, and a Cast Member will be happy to help you. I understand how frustrating it can be to not have all the answers just yet, but I have hope that we’ll get the clarity we’re seeking very soon, Maureen!

While we await the reopening of our happy place, I recommend some good ol’ fashioned retail therapy on shopDisney.com! From adorable Disney Cloth Face Masks, to cute summer beach towels, to beautiful Disney-inspired jewelry, there are so many ways to bring some pixie dust into your life this summer!

Please stop by with any additional questions, Maureen… I’m all EARs!

Hope to see ya’ real soon!

Meet the Panelist: Kristin, California

Hello from sunny California! I currently live less than an hour from the Disneyland Resort, and have been an Annual Passholder for more than 20 years! As a mom of three kids under the age of 8, I consider myself an expert at navigating the Disneyland Resort with little ones. My family of five can’t get enough of the magic and happiness we encounter every time we step foot on Main Street, U.S.A. I look forward to sprinkling pixie dust on your next visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!
