Well, this is puzzling. I just checked
My Disney Experience mobile app and can still see the option to make a
park reservation. In the mobile app, I click on the plus sign at the bottom of the screen, then I click on Make or Modify Park Reservations. You should see options for Annual Passholders from there. Given that you indicate that your My Disney Experience app looks different, I would suggest you try the website. Click on My Disney Experience on the top righthand side of the homepage. Then click on Theme Park Reservations.
In the meantime, I also suggest that you try closing out and reopening the mobile app. If that does not help,
contact a cast member in Website Support. The cast members are wonderful and have really helped me resolve a number of issues over the last few years. Hopefully, you will not need to call them and will be on your way to making those theme park reservations.
Since it sounds like you are gearing up for a trip, I do hope you have considered other activities. My family has started experiencing some of the
Enchanting Extras Collection. Since both of our girls love science, we spend quite a bit of time in Disney's Animal Kingdom and have done the
Caring for Giants as well as the
Up Close with Rhinos tours. We thought both were amazing!
