Hello there, Susie. Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney!
Being a Disneyland Resort
Magic Key pass holder brings with it a lot of
exciting benefits, like merchandise discounts, access to the Magic Key Terrace in Disney California Adventure, and exclusive Magic Key swag offerings throughout the year. My family enjoys our regular trips to
The Happiest Place on Earth, and I hope that you do too.
Susie, at the current time, the
Magic Key No-Show Policy states that park reservation or modifications must be done by 11:59 PM Pacific Time on the day before the reserved date - so same-day cancelations are not possible even if you are under the weather. I know this might be disappointing. Trust me, I have been in your shoes when one of my kids ended up sick on the day of one of our park reservations. Fortunately, each Magic Key has three days that they can no-show in a 90-day period before being unable to make new reservations. Hopefully, this provides peace of mind that one unforeseen, no-show will not prevent you from continuing to enjoy the magic. Please keep in mind that all policies are subject to change.
I hope this information helps, Susie. Please visit us again with any other questions!
Cheers,
Melissa
