Sarah, I’m not seeing any details about that type of situation online, but I can tell you about my experience. Typically, when I purchase my Passholder tickets, I’m always with my family for entrance, but that’s because I don’t want to miss out on any of the fun myself!
When you buy a special event ticket, like for
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, those tickets go directly to your
My Disney Experience account and
mobile app with each individual’s assigned name. From there, you’d need to share your plans with those guests so they have their tickets for entry. You could also forward over the confirmation email to them so they have it for their records.

here. This way, you can ask your question directly to those Cast Members as well as purchase the tickets over the phone. Phone lines typically open around 7:00 a.m. Eastern, so if you can catch them early in the day, that might get you on the line with them quicker!
