    Is there a way to get annual passholder pins? Seem like they are always out of stock. How about the t shirts for the flower festival. Also unavailable!

    It is so wonderful to hear from a fellow Floridian and Annual Passholder! I'm sorry you are having trouble locating the pins and the t-shirts. When a particular item is popular among guests, it becomes a challenge to find it. Although merchandise is replenished often, there is no guarantee that an item will be replenished, especially if the item is limited edition or merchandise for a particular event. With that being said, I would recommend that you check out the ShopParks App on your smart phone. It has been my experience that the merchandise availability changes constantly on this app. If you are in driving distance, you may also want to check back personally. (Great excuse for a getaway).  When I am on the hunt for a particular item, I speak with the Cast Members at the shopping locations and ask if they can check other stores for the item. I have had much luck with this particular method!
