Hi Jessica!
Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.
In my family of four, I'm the only
Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholder. I visit several times a year with other friends that are Annual Passholders, so I'm used to heading to the Passholder entrances at the theme parks. When I visited with my family recently, I had the same question, and wanted to know if my husband and kids could enter through the designated Passholder entrance with me. I wondered if it would be like going through security at the airport, when I'm the only one that got the lucky "TSA Precheck" designation on my boarding ticket, and I end up forgoing the shorter line to stay with my travel party (ugh).
I'm happy to report that I had no issues bringing my family through the Annual Passholder line with me on our most recent vacation. When I reached the touch point at the entrance, I made sure to ask the Cast Member if it was OK, and we were all allowed to enter through the Passholder entrance. There were a few times during our vacation that other lines were shorter than the AP entrance, so we didn't always use the special designated line.
I hope this helps with your planning, and that you'll have the same experience with the Passholder entrance as I did. Thanks again for stopping by, and have a magical day! - Diane W.
