Hi Nicholas and welcome to planDisney!
Being a
Walt Disney World Passholder has so many perks and being able to visit the parks as often as possible is just one of them! I love being able to use the Passholder discount for merchandise and select
Disney dining and the complimentary
theme park parking saves me quite a bit when we visit for day trips.
As of recently, Walt Disney World Passholders can visit the parks after 2:00 PM without making a reservation, except for
Magic Kingdom Park on Saturday and Sunday. If you would like to visit Magic Kingdom on the weekend, you can either make a
theme park reservation for Magic Kingdom for that day or make a reservation for another park and then hop over to Magic Kingdom after 2:00 PM, subject to availability. If you make a reservation for a different park, you must first visit that park before hopping to Magic Kingdom in the afternoon.
I see that you'll be visiting in September! It's one of my favorite times of year at Walt Disney World. Tickets for
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party have opened up for those staying at a Disney Resort hotel and tickets to the general public open up on May 2nd. I'm so excited for my visit in October to
trick-or-treat around the park and to see some of my favorite characters dressed in spooky costumes. If you're considering going to the party, I highly recommend purchasing your tickets as soon as possible because the party nights do sell out.
Please stop back by and visit if you have any additional vacation planning questions.
Have a magical day!
Leslie
