    I am an Annual Passholder. I have not received the new magnets in the mail and really want to get the new ones. Can you help me with this?

    Welcome to planDisney! I am delighted to greet another member of the Annual Passholder family and a fellow North Carolinian!

    Well, we have to get you that magnet! I have been where you are, missing a passholder magnet. The good news is that I was able to contact a Cast Member by phone for passholder support. They had a magnet in the mail to me within a few weeks. I wish I could wave my wand and have it magically appear, but alas, my powers seem to be fading tonight!

    If you are considering a trip to the Walt Disney World resort, now is the time to make plans. We are all super excited for The World's Most Magical Celebration. And, I have been keeping an eye on the Special Offers for Annual Passholder discounts. If you do decide to book a vacation package, be sure to check the theme park reservation availability calendar prior to booking. You will want to make sure that there are Disney Park Pass system reservations available for the dates of your visit.
