    I am an annual passholder. How do i get a magic band?

    Hi Van!

    Thanks for stopping by with your question. First of all, create an account on My Disney Experience. Once you have done this, be sure your Annual Pass is linked to your account. This sometimes happens automatically if you buy it on disneyworld.com. If it is not already there, take a minute to link it in. After that, you will need to visit a ticket window or Guest Services at Walt Disney World or Disney Springs to activate your pass. Once that is done, log back into your My Disney Experience account and Customize Your Magic Band. If you complete this process at least 11 days before your Walt Disney World visit, your Magic Band will be shipped to you (cannot be shipped to all countries.) Because you may be on vacation and visiting the Parks immediately after you activate your pass, you may need to use your Passholder Card (or a different Magic Band you can link to your pass in My Disney Experience) for the first visit. But no worries--you should receive your Customized Magic Band before very soon after that!
