    If you are an annual passholder can you get the dining plan without having to purchase a package (like book room only)?

    Thank you for sending in your question to the Moms Panel.  Yes, you can!  Annual Passholders couldn't do that for many years, but Disney made a change a couple of years ago so now you can!
