Hi Robert, and welcome to planDisney! Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is almost here! Let's get you ready to explore the World!
I love being part of the Walt Disney World Annual Passholder family. From discounts at select dining and retail locations, to exclusive Passholder merch, and of course admission to the Walt Disney World theme parks, there are so many
Walt Disney World Annual Passholder benefits for Disney fans like us!
When it comes to visiting the theme parks, Disney allows
Annual Passholders to hold up to three
Disney Park Pass reservations at a time. However, with a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation, you can book even more days! Here's Disney's policy as stated on the website:
"Annual Passholders staying at select Disney Resort or other select hotels with valid theme park admission are eligible to make theme park reservations for each day of their Resort stay(s), in addition to holding up to 3 days of theme park reservations at a time on a rolling basis. Once you use a theme park reservation, you can make another reservation for a future date."That means you should be able to make three Disney Park Pass reservations for each Annual Passholder in your party if you're not staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel. The fact that you were only able to make two might mean you have a third lurking somewhere like a hitchhiking ghost in
The Haunted Mansion. I'd hop into the "My Plans" section of your
My Disney Experience account and scroll down to see if you have reservations you've forgotten about that might be hanging around in case you were planning a trip in the future. If searching your account doesn't turn up any rogue reservations, go ahead and give
Disney's V.I.PASSHOLDER Support number a call, where a friendly Cast Member can help resolve the issue. And then you can get back to planning your magical vacation!
I hope this helps you enjoy all of your Disney days, Robert. If you have any more questions, please be sure to stop by and see us again. I promise a ghost won't follow you home!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
