Hi there, Kristen! Welcome to
planDisney, and thank you so much for stopping by with your question. I'm so glad you asked this, because this is one of those details that isn't always crystal clear when you're trying to coordinate multiple rooms.
I actually reached out to confirm this directly, and I'm happy to share what I learned. Annual Passholders are able to book up to three
Disney Resorts Collection hotel rooms at the discounted Passholder rate at one time. That's wonderful news if you're traveling with extended family or a larger group and hoping to keep everyone under the same magical umbrella.
There are, however, a couple of important conditions attached to that benefit. First, the rooms need to be at the same resort. You wouldn't be able to split the discounted rooms across different Disney Resorts Collection hotels under the same Passholder discount. The promotion applies within one property at a time.
Second, and just as important, the Annual Passholder must be listed on the reservation. In other words, your name needs to appear on the booking in order to secure the discounted rate.
As always, availability plays a role. Passholder room discounts are subject to inventory limits, so if you're planning for multiple rooms, I recommend booking as early as possible once the offer becomes available. I suggest calling the
Walt Disney World Annual Passholder hotline so a Cast Member can help you book the rooms!
Kristen, I hope this helps you feel confident moving forward with your plans. Coordinating multiple rooms can feel like a puzzle, but with the right timing and details in place, it can come together beautifully. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to reach back out to us. We're always available and more than happy to help here at planDisney!
Warm hugs,
Ana Paula
