Hello, Ron. Welcome to
planDisney. I've been a
Walt Disney World Annual Passholder for years now and absolutely love it.
I, too, have the all-new
Disney Incredi-Pass and am quite familiar with how it works. Right off of the top of my head, I am wondering if you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel for your vacation? If you are staying off-property then you are only able to make and hold up to 5
park pass reservations at a time which would be the ones that you currently have. If this is the case, then on November 25th, right after you've scanned into the theme park for the day you can log on to your MyDisneyExperience app and make a selection for November 30th. I visit Walt Disney World about once a month and stay off-property quite a bit and this is what I end up doing if I am there longer than 5 days.
Another thought that I had, Ron, was that if you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel perhaps you've made your park pass reservations using your Annual Pass bank of passes and not the Resort Hotel bank of park pass reservations. When you stay at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, with your annual pass, you can make park pass reservations for the length of your stay. I accidentally used the wrong park pass reservation system for my upcoming trip in December. I had to call the
V.I.Passholder support line which is 407-WDW-PASS and have them help me out because I couldn't figure it out for the longest time. But they were able to get me all switched around with no trouble at all. So be sure you are using your resort park pass reservations, not the banked annual pass reservations.
If those two things aren't it, I'm not really sure what could be the trouble. You'll need to call that V.I.Passholder support line that I listed above and a Cast Member should be able to troubleshoot that with you. If you have any other questions about your Walt Disney World Annual Pass or anything else, please feel free to stop back by and
ask me. I'm here to help.
Have fun and enjoy!
