Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. As a multi-year Annual Passholder myself, I ran into the same issue as you with trying to take advantage of my available Passholder discounts without an updated discount card. Here are a few tips to help:
• You may obtain an all-new Annual Passholder Discount Card by visiting Guest Relations at any of the four theme parks, or in Town Center of the newly reimagined Disney Springs. Just have your photo ID handy and they'll be able to assist you. I stopped by the Guest Relations Lobby in Disney Springs to obtain my card while on vacation last month and it was really easy.
• Up until obtaining my new card, I'd show Cast Members a screen shot from the My Disney Experience App on my phone. You can see all your Walt Disney World® Resort "memberships" by logging into the app and selecting your account icon at the bottom of the map page. From there, select "My Account" and then scroll down to Memberships & Passes and select - your Annual Pass info will show here. After a Cast Member needed to take my phone at a restaurant to show the manager so I could get my discount, I decided it was time to get an updated discount card.
Don't forget your discounts and benefits have been expanded in honor of
Walt Disney World's 45th Anniversary. Select the highlighted link to check out all great benefits available. My favorite addition is the 20% discount at select dining locations.
