Hi my annual passes are up for renewal. How is that done?

    Hi Lisa,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope you were just as excited as I was to hear that Disneyland Park and Disney's California Adventure Park are planning to reopen on July 17th! I'm looking forward to taking another spin on the fastest hunk of junk in the galaxy in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. I'm not the best pilot but with every journey on the Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, I get a little better!

Typically, you have 40 days before your Disneyland Annual Passport expires to renew and you can renew through the Disneyland app, at any of the Disneyland Resort Main Entrance ticket booths, or online at Disneyland.com under the Annual Passport tab. However, these are not typical times and all ticket sales, including Annual Passports and renewals, have been temporarily paused. Your Annual Passport may not be in your renewal window yet. If you paid for your Annual Passport in full, you will automagically have your expiration date extended. Your new expiration date should be reflected online or in the Disneyland app before the parks reopen.

If you are on the monthly plan, you could have called to have your Annual Passport postponed and the expiration date extended. In that case, your regularly scheduled payments will resume when the park reopens and your new expiration date will be updated. If you chose not to postpone your monthly plan and your Annual Passport is scheduled to expire, you will need to call Annual Passholder Member Services at (714) 781-4567 to discuss Annual Passport adjustments.

While planning your next visit, be sure to visit the Operational Updates page for the latest information about current policies and procedures. The Disney Parks Blog is also a fantastic resource for the most accurate news from the parks.

Lisa, thank you for visiting us with your question. I hope you will let us know if you have any other questions about your next visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!
    Wishing you many magical visits,
    Amy H.
