Annual Passes that we purchased on 9/7/21. We were told they would be good for a year from activation, while trying to make park reservations for our upcoming trip (9/11/22) it said our tickets were not valid. That they expire on 9/7/22

Hello and welcome to planDisney, Margaret!

September is a great time to visit Walt Disney World Resort, so I know you will have the best time with your family! That time of year has so much going on, so you will be busy enjoying the magic while you are there.

You have one year from the date of purchase to exchange and activate your new Walt Disney World Resort annual pass certificates. From what you describe, you may not be able to make your theme park reservations because your annual pass certificates will not be activated before the expiration date. Once your annual pass certificate is activated, you will have a year from that date to use your passes. I recommend calling (407)560-7277 and speaking with a cast member who will be able to assist you with figuring out how to proceed in this case, especially if you have already activated the passes. I hope this helps.

    Have a magical time!
