We have 4 annual passes. One of the passes has a military member who will deploy in January 2022 and will not be back until the summer of 2022. Can we freeze his pass or if not can that pass be cancelled?

Hi Joseanna, and welcome back to planDisney.

Firstly, and most importantly, please extend my thank you to the military member in your family. As a military spouse, I know the whole family serves, and I would like to extend my gratitude to all of you. My husband returned for a long deployment this past summer, and my family celebrated with an extended visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. That together time, with all the laughs and memories made, was such a magical way for us to reunite. I hope you'll get the chance to do something similar this coming summer!

In my experience, Disney's Cast Members are very helpful and understanding when it comes to the planning and timing challenges military members face. I recommend reaching out to the V.I.PASSHOLDER Support Team to find out what options you have. You can reach out using this email form or call (407) 939-7277 to connect with a Cast Member. Have your Annual Pass information handy, including the name and email address associated with the account - this will speed up the process.

Joseanna, thank you for stopping by with this question. I'm sending my best wishes for a safe deployment, and that your loved one is home safely before you know it. Your friends here at planDisney are here to help if you have any more questions.

    With warm wishes,
    Robyn
