Hi there! We got our annual passes last November, but we still haven't received our magnets. How can I go about getting ours? Thank you :)

Hi there, Denise! Welcome to planDisney. It's always fun to see a fellow North Carolinian stop by with a question.

Welcome to the Walt Disney World Annual Passholder family, Denise. I've been one for years and years now and there really isn't a better program. I love being able to visit the Walt Disney World Theme Parks pretty much whenever my schedule allows. Plus, the discounts on merchandise and food are pretty great too!

Right now, complimentary annual passholder magnets are available for pickup in person at Disney Springs. The magnet is an all-new Orange Bird design that is just so cute. This particular magnet is available from July 5th until August 5th while supplies last. For this particular magnet, Guests will need to join a virtual queue to get in line which will open up when you are about 45 miles from Disney Springs.

Denise, I have a feeling you are talking about the traditional passholder magnet, however. I'm not sure why you haven't received this. I think it would be best if you reached out to the V.I.Passholder support line directly to request your magnet. You can call 407-WDW-PASS and speak with a cast member about it or reach out via email

I have my fingers crossed you'll get your magnet as easy as Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo. If you have any other questions, please feel free to stop back by and ask me. I'd love to help.

    Good luck!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
