Our annual passes include free parking at the parks, but if we wanted to use the preferred parking, is there a discount for having an annual pass?

Hi, Kate! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It's so nice to see you again!

Isn't it great being a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder? With all the great perks like dining and merchandise discounts, exclusive offers, free Disney PhotoPass photo downloads...what am I forgetting? Oh, right - we can visit the Theme Parks just about anytime we want! There are so many benefits to being an Annual Passholder, I truly couldn't imagine living without it.

Another practically perfect thing about having an Annual Pass is complimentary parking at all of the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. But there are times it would be a big help to park as close as you can to the entrance. Preferred parking to the rescue! Disney offers preferred parking to all Guests for an extra fee. If you're an Annual Passholder (or Resort hotel Guest) with complimentary regular parking, you can upgrade by simply paying the difference between the regular parking fee and the preferred fee.

And here's even more great news: once you pay for preferred parking at one Theme Park, you can use it at any other Parks you visit that day!

I hope this helps you plan a perfect Disney day, Kate. Please come on by and see us again if you have any more questions!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

    Kathy K.

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
