    The annual passes for my husband and I were extended due to COVID and now neither pass is showing up in my account and I need to know their expiration dates. Thanks

    Hi Josephine,

    Welcome to planDisney! I am always delighted to greet a fellow member of the Annual Passholder family!

    First, let's make sure you have checked in several different locations for that Annual Pass number. Make sure you checked in the My Disney Experience Mobile App - Click on the three bars on the bottom right-hand side of the screen and then click on Tickets and Passes. Also try clicking on the Annual Passholder link and then clicking on Learn More About Renewing Your Annual Pass under Passholder Renewal Discount. If your Annual Passes are linked, they should show up there. You could also potentially see them in your My Disney Experience Profile. Click on Memberships & Passes. Or, finally, you could see them in My Disney Experience, click on My Plans and then under My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets, click on Tickets & Memory Maker. 

    If you cannot see those Annual Passes in any of those locations, check to see if you can find the email confirmation from when you purchased them. That email should have a confirmation number that you might be able to use to link the passes to your My Disney Experience account again. If that does not work or you cannot find the email, I suggest that you contact the V.I.PASSHOLDER support line. If those passes have expired, be sure to speak with a Cast Member to find out what your options might be at this point since the sale of new Annual Passes is paused.

    Once you get that Annual Pass situation resolved, I suggest that you make Disney Park Pass system reservations for the dates of your visit. If you plan to book a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, be sure to link that reservation in My Disney Experience. Since you are arriving soon after the launch of The World's Most Magical Celebration, it is important that you secure your resort hotel reservation, Disney Park Pass system reservations, and advanced dining reservations as soon as possible.
